NOTE: I missed chains!
22 yards = 1 chain
10 chains = 1 furlong
1 chain = cricket wicket
1 furlong x 1 chain = 1 acre.
And of course,
10 millimeters = 1 centimeter
100 centimeters = 1 meter
1000 meters = 1 kilometer
1000 kilometers = 1 megameter
and so on, and I think that something like 10 petameters is a light year.
