Ingredients

1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp Harry and David Chipotle Salsa
2 cup cabbage, all varieties
6 small corn tortilla(s)
4 Tbsp Newman's Own Pineapple Salsa
7 oz mahi mahi fillet(s)
1/4 cup mango(es)
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1/8 cup roasted red peppers

Instructions

Sprinkle cajun seasoning on the fish and pan sear it so that it is firm, but not overcooked. Mix mayo, lime juice, chopped roasted red pepper (not packed in oil), and chipotle sauce. Serve in tortillas with sliced cabbage, salsa, and salsa. Drizzle the mayo mixture lightly over each taco. Top with a few chunks of mango and enjoy! Serve with iced tea and maybe some fresh baked tortilla chips and you've got an awesome meal!
